At ConnerBuiltCustoms, we stand behind the products we build and want our customers to have confidence in their purchase.

12-Month Limited Warranty

ConnerBuiltCustoms products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

During the warranty period, ConnerBuiltCustoms may, at its discretion, repair or replace a component determined to have failed due to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting eligible components supplied as part of a ConnerBuiltCustoms kit, including pumps, controllers, wiring components, switches, and other non-consumable hardware, when used and installed as intended.

Warranty coverage does not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle, modification, tuning configuration, or aftermarket electrical system.

Nozzle Tips & Consumable Items

Spray nozzle tips are considered consumable/service items and are not covered under the warranty.

Nozzles can become clogged, contaminated, damaged, or experience changes in spray pattern due to water quality, debris, mineral deposits, cleaning methods, installation conditions, or normal use.

Other consumable or normal-wear items, including filters, tubing/hoses, seals, fittings, and similar service items, are also excluded unless ConnerBuiltCustoms determines that the item was defective when supplied.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

● Incorrect installation or wiring

● Improper voltage, electrical shorts, or electrical system faults

● Modification, disassembly, or alteration of a component

● Contaminated or incompatible fluids

● Debris, mineral buildup, or clogged components

● Freezing or weather-related damage

● Running a pump without adequate fluid supply

● Excessive pressure or operation outside the product’s intended specifications

● Vehicle accidents, impact, abuse, neglect, or misuse

● Normal wear and tear

● Installation or use for an application for which the product was not designed

Warranty Claims

If you believe you have a warranty issue, contact ConnerBuiltCustoms with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video when applicable.

We may request troubleshooting information or require the affected component to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

A replacement should not be considered approved until ConnerBuiltCustoms has reviewed and accepted the warranty claim.

Repair or Replacement

Approved warranty claims will be handled through repair or replacement of the affected component at the discretion of ConnerBuiltCustoms.

The warranty does not cover labor charges, vehicle diagnostics, installation or removal costs, towing, vehicle downtime, lost profits, or other costs associated with installing, removing, troubleshooting, or using the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Replacement components do not restart the original warranty period and remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Important Notice

ConnerBuiltCustoms products are aftermarket automotive components. The purchaser and installer are responsible for verifying proper installation, vehicle compatibility, and safe operation.

Never operate a vehicle if a product failure, leak, electrical issue, or other condition could make the vehicle unsafe.
