The ConnerBuiltCustoms Boost + Button Intercooler Spray Kit uses an adjustable boost-pressure switch to activate the sprayers automatically when your vehicle reaches the selected boost level. A separate manual push button lets you activate the system at any time for pre-cooling, heat-soak recovery, staging, or extra cooling between pulls.

The system sprays a fine, evenly distributed mist across the exterior of your intercooler, radiator, or other heat exchanger. As the water absorbs heat and evaporates, it helps cool the surface of the core and reduce heat-soak buildup.

Dual Activation

● Automatic boost activation: The system sprays when your selected boost pressure is reached.

● Manual push-button activation: Activate the sprayers whenever you choose.

● Adjustable boost setting preset: 4–12 PSI.

Choose Your Sprayer Size

● 15-inch bar: Compact option for smaller intercoolers and limited spaces.

● 19-inch bar: Mid-size option for broader core coverage.

● 24-inch bar: Largest option for wide intercoolers, radiators, and heat exchangers.

Choose the bar size that best matches the usable width of the core you want to cool.

How It Works

When the selected boost pressure is reached, the boost switch automatically powers the pump and sprays water across the core. The manual button bypasses the boost trigger, allowing you to spray whenever additional cooling is desired.

This is an external water-spray system. It does not inject water into the engine, intake piping, or combustion chamber.

Universal-Fit System

This is a universal performance product and may require custom mounting, hose routing, wiring, and adaptation for your specific vehicle. Always measure the available mounting area before selecting your sprayer-bar size.

Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with automotive wiring, boost-reference lines, or fluid-system installation.

Important Information

Cooling results will vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, airflow, vehicle speed, water coverage, core design, and driving conditions. This system is intended to provide supplemental cooling and does not replace a properly functioning factory cooling system.
